Honor Dogs Backing Dog Silhouettes Add-On
Expand Your Training. Customize Your Setup.
The Honor Dogs Backing Dog Silhouettes Add-On gives pointing dog trainers the flexibility to customize their backing dog system with breed-specific silhouettes that better represent the dogs they run in the field. Whether you're replacing a worn silhouette, matching your kennel's breed, or adding additional silhouettes to your training program, these durable replacements help create realistic backing scenarios that build confidence and consistency.
Designed for compatibility with Honor Dogs backing dog systems, these silhouette add-ons provide a lifelike visual target that encourages young and experienced pointing dogs to naturally honor another dog on point. By presenting a realistic profile in the field, trainers can reinforce proper backing behavior while improving steadiness, cooperation, and overall bird dog performance.
Train Smarter with Realistic Field Presentations
Successful backing begins with repetition and consistency. A realistic silhouette helps create training situations that closely resemble actual hunting and field trial conditions, allowing dogs to develop reliable honoring behavior before encountering another dog in live bird work.
Whether you're preparing for:
NAVHDA training and testing
AKC Field Trials
NSTRA competition
Wild bird hunting
Guided hunts
Professional training programs
The Honor Dogs Silhouette Add-On provides a dependable visual training aid that integrates seamlessly into your existing setup.
Built for Years of Training
Constructed for repeated outdoor use, these silhouettes are designed to withstand regular transport and demanding training environments while maintaining a professional appearance. Their lightweight design makes them easy to install, change, and transport between training locations.
Ideal for trainers who want multiple breed profiles available throughout the season, these replacement silhouettes allow you to tailor each training setup to your specific dogs and objectives.
